Yes. Available countries and rates are shown at checkout once you enter your address. Any customs duties on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

When your parcel leaves us, we email a tracking link. If it hasn’t arrived, check your spam folder first, then write to us with your order number and we’ll trace it for you.

We pack quickly, so reach us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we’ll gladly amend or cancel it. Contact us and we’ll do what we can.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. For reasons of hygiene, oils must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging; we can’t accept opened bottles unless they arrived faulty. The full terms are in our refund policy.

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us as soon as possible if anything is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Send a photograph and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Once your return reaches us and is approved, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.

Every oil we sell is single-origin and 100% pure. Each batch is verified by independent gas chromatography–mass spectrometry, and we publish the results in full on our lab reports page.

Essential oils are highly concentrated and should be diluted in a carrier oil before any contact with skin. They are not intended to be ingested. If you are pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition, please consult a qualified practitioner before use.

Keep your bottles tightly closed and out of heat and direct light; a cool, dark cupboard is ideal. Stored well, most of our oils keep their character for two to three years. Citrus oils are more delicate, so use them within the first year.
