Harvested in our high-altitude lavender fields in Drôme Provençale, this oil carries the breezy freshness and dew-coated depth of the mountain air it grew in. Compared to lowland varieties, altitude lavender develops more esters, the ingredient responsible for its exceptional calming quality.

Begin in stillness. Add 3–4 drops to your diffuser and allow the room to fill slowly. Lavender unfolds best at low heat. For a body ritual, blend 5 drops with 10ml of sweet almond oil and massage into the shoulders and temples in long, deliberate strokes. Breathe deeply. Before sleep, place a single drop on your pillow or the inside of your wrist. Let the scent dissolve into the evening.

Store upright in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Keep the cap tightly closed between uses. Essential oils are volatile and will diminish in potency if exposed to air over time. Shelf life: 2–3 years from the batch date printed on the base of the bottle. Not for internal use. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant or nursing, consult a practitioner before use.
Our bottles are made from dark amber glass, infinitely recyclable. Empty the bottle fully, remove the dropper insert, and place both glass and metal cap in your glass recycling. The dropper bulb is silicone and can be disposed of with general waste, or returned to us via our refill programme for responsible processing. We avoid plastic wherever possible. The outer box is FSC-certified and fully recyclable with paper.
