Grown between 400 and 1300 meters in our valley in Drôme Provençale, our peppermint plants experience a full range of low temperatures in the winter and hot temperatures in the summer. The combined purifying effect of the winter chill and growth-spurring summer heat enhances the quality, depth, and potency of the blend.

Begin when your attention scatters. Add 3–4 drops to your diffuser and let the room sharpen. Peppermint clears the air the way an open window does. For a focused hour at your desk, place a single drop on a tissue and breathe in slowly through the nose before you begin. The mind follows the breath. To revive tired shoulders, blend 4 drops with 10ml of a carrier oil and massage into the back of the neck. Cool, then clear.

Store upright in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Keep the cap tightly closed between uses. Essential oils are volatile and will diminish in potency if exposed to air over time. Shelf life: 2–3 years from the batch date printed on the base of the bottle. Not for internal use. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant or nursing, consult a practitioner before use.
Our bottles are made from dark amber glass, infinitely recyclable. Empty the bottle fully, remove the dropper insert, and place both glass and metal cap in your glass recycling. The dropper bulb is silicone and can be disposed of with general waste, or returned to us via our refill programme for responsible processing. We avoid plastic wherever possible. The outer box is FSC-certified and fully recyclable with paper.
