Begin in the morning, before the day asks anything of you. Add 4 drops to your diffuser and let the scent rise. Rosemary wakes a room the way sun moves across stone. For a reviving start, add 2 drops to the floor of an unlit shower and let the steam carry it. Breathe deeply as the warmth builds. To steady your focus through a long afternoon, blend 4 drops with 10ml of a carrier oil and work into the wrists and forearms. Energy, without urgency.

Store upright in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Keep the cap tightly closed between uses. Essential oils are volatile and will diminish in potency if exposed to air over time. Shelf life: 2–3 years from the batch date printed on the base of the bottle. Not for internal use. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant or nursing, consult a practitioner before use.
Our bottles are made from dark amber glass, infinitely recyclable. Empty the bottle fully, remove the dropper insert, and place both glass and metal cap in your glass recycling. The dropper bulb is silicone and can be disposed of with general waste, or returned to us via our refill programme for responsible processing. We avoid plastic wherever possible. The outer box is FSC-certified and fully recyclable with paper.
